• Approval Fees: If applicable, any percentage fees related to client approvals from our consultations are also non-refundable once the client has been approved.

2. Digital Products

• Non-Refundable Products: All digital products, including ebooks and online courses, are non-refundable once purchased. We encourage clients to review the product descriptions and previews before making a purchase.

3. Service Packages

• Deposits: Deposits for service packages are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to ensure they understand the terms and details of the service package prior to committing.

• Payment Plans: Clients who opt for payment plans must complete their payments as agreed. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of services, with no refund provided for previous payments.
